In my opinion, this has nothing to do with Kirk's death. In fact, his comments werent directed at Charlie Kirk or his family, they were directed at Trump and MAGA.

In more recent news, he was told by Sinclair Broadcast Group (A media giant) to make a "meaningful personal donation" to Charlie Kirk's family, as one of the requirements to put the show back on air.

MAGA is searching desperately for anything to silence the voice of the left, in this situation, the found "disrespect" aimed at Charlie Kirk, in the case of Zohran Mamdani, they create baseless allegations to attempt to get him deported.

This along with trumps threats to revoke the broadcasts licenses of people who speak against him proves that he opposes free speach.
